Can I run RepairPlugin without a physical storefront?
Yes. With virtual locations on the Scale plan you operate purely on pickup and on-site service. Virtual locations don't show up in the customer-facing location selector but still handle all booking logic.
How does distance-based pricing work?
You set a free radius and a per-kilometer or per-mile rate. RepairPlugin uses Google Maps to calculate the distance from your location to the customer's address and adds the surcharge automatically at checkout.
Can I have different timeslots for pickup and on-site service?
Yes. Each delivery method has its own timeslots, days of week, and slot caps. Pickup can run 9 to 12, on-site 13 to 17, with a one-booking cap per slot.
What if a customer is outside my service radius?
Set a maximum radius and customers outside it can't complete a booking for that service method. They still see your in-store and ship-in options if those are enabled.
Can I cap on-site bookings to one per slot?
Yes. Booking limits per slot range from 1 to unlimited. Set on-site to 1 since one technician can only be in one place at a time.
Does RepairPlugin handle route optimization?
Not directly. RepairPlugin gives you the bookings, addresses, and timeslots in one dashboard. You can export the daily list to your route planner of choice.
What plan do I need for mobile-first business?
