No. RepairPlugin is only sold in 6-month or yearly terms. Customers cannot cancel monthly. They commit to a full billing cycle and stay subscribed until the next renewal moment. Over your 24-month commission window that means 2 yearly cycles (1 renewal decision) or 4 half-yearly cycles (3 renewal decisions). Practically: your commissions don't churn mid-term, every active subscription pays you for at least one full billing cycle.
Commissions are tracked in real time in your partner dashboard at partner.repairplugin.com. Once your accrued balance reaches the €250 minimum payout threshold, you send us an invoice for that amount and we pay it out in EUR via IBAN bank transfer or PayPal, whichever you prefer. All commissions are paid on net subscription revenue, after refunds and chargebacks.
Yes, €250. Commissions accrue in your dashboard until you cross the €250 threshold, at which point you can invoice us and request payout. Anything below €250 simply rolls over to the next month, so balances never expire.
Yes. Once you hit the €250 threshold, you submit an invoice for that amount and we settle it via IBAN or PayPal. If you are not registered for VAT or work as a private individual, a simple statement is enough. Full details on what to include are in your partner dashboard.
Your percentage is the same on every plan. Only the absolute amount changes. At default 20%: Essentials (€35) pays €7.00/mo, Growth (€59) pays €11.80/mo, Scale (€95) pays €19.00/mo. At the top 40% tier those numbers double (€14, €23.60, €38). If a shop upgrades, your commission scales up automatically.
No. Bidding on "RepairPlugin" or close variants in paid search and social ads is not allowed. You can absolutely run ads to your own content (landing pages, comparisons, tutorials, reviews), and you can promote your link in any community where active advertising is explicitly allowed.
No. The program rewards bringing in new shops, so signing up through your own partner link does not count. Sales where the customer email matches the partner account are flagged as self-referrals and do not generate commission. We monitor for fraud and reserve the right to reject suspicious transactions, so please keep it clean. If you genuinely run multiple shops under different ownership, email partners@repairplugin.com first and we will sort it out.
