Common questions.

What happens when I change an appointment's status?

Depending on your notification settings, RepairPlugin can automatically send the customer an email. For example, changing from Pending to Approved can trigger a confirmation email.

Can I create appointments manually from the admin panel?

Yes. Click Add New Appointment to create bookings for phone orders, walk-in customers, or special cases. You can fill in customer details, select device and repairs, set pricing, and choose whether to notify the customer.

What appointment details can I edit?

You can modify customer details, repairs and prices, upsales, date and time, delivery method, location, notes, and custom field values.

Can I set prices for Price on Request repairs?

Yes. Expand the appointment, click the Set Price button, enter the price, and save. The 'Price on Request' label is replaced by the price on the appointment line and on any future quote.
