Offer in-store visits, mail-in shipping, pickup service, and on-site repair. Enable or disable each method independently and reorder them to match your business priorities.
Flexible surcharges per method
Add a flat fee to any service method to cover pickup fuel costs or shipping handling without building them into your repair prices. Each method has its own Additional Cost field.
Auto-approve bookings
Enable automatic approval per service method so confirmed orders skip the pending queue. Customers receive an approval confirmation immediately instead of waiting for manual review.
Distance-based pricing
For pickup and on-site repair, verify the customer is within your maximum radius and charge per kilometer or mile beyond a free distance. Requires Enhanced Locations on the Scale plan.

Configure once under Service Methods. Customers see your enabled options at the right point in the booking flow.
Enable your methods
Go to Settings > Checkout & Discount > Service Methods. Switch on the delivery methods you offer and drag them into your preferred display order.
Configure each method
Expand each method to set booking slots, timeslots, lead times, fees, and auto-approval. For pickup and on-site repair, define available days and time windows.
Customers choose at checkout
During the booking flow, customers see only your enabled methods with icons and descriptions. They pick their preferred option and proceed to scheduling.

Service methods are core to the booking flow and ship from Essentials onwards. Distance-based charges require Enhanced Locations on the Scale plan.

Common questions.
Do I need to enable all four service methods?
No. You can enable any combination that fits your business. Many shops only use 'Come By Our Store' and 'Ship Device.' Just make sure at least one method is enabled, or customers cannot complete a booking.
Can I charge different amounts for different delivery methods?
Yes. Each method has its own Additional Cost field. You can also add distance-based charges for Pickup Service and Repair on Your Location if you have Enhanced Locations on the Scale plan.
What happens to existing appointments if I disable a service method?
Nothing changes for existing appointments. Disabling a method only hides it from the frontend booking form. All current appointments with that method stay in the system and can still be managed from the admin panel.
How does distance-based charging work?
The plugin calculates the distance between the customer's address and your store using Google Maps. You set a free distance included in the base cost and a price per kilometer or mile. The charge is: (total distance minus free distance) times price per unit. A Google Maps API key is required.
