Why repair shops choose it

Stop pricing repairs by hand.

Manual pricing breaks every time a supplier changes a part cost. Dynamic Pricing keeps your shop in sync, without the spreadsheet.

Always up to date, automatically

Sync runs hourly when your cron is configured (15-minute minimum throttle prevents hammering). Your prices follow within the same window as your supplier's feed. No spreadsheets, no nightly batch jobs, no stale quotes.

FAQ

Common questions.

Which suppliers does Dynamic Pricing support?

Repair-Direct, PartsHub, FixSupply, and a growing list of regional European suppliers. You can connect multiple suppliers and map them per brand. The engine picks the best matching price per repair.

What happens if a supplier doesn't have a price for a part?

You set the fallback per repair: either your manual price or a 'Price on request' label that triggers your quote flow. You'll never end up with an empty price slot blocking a booking.

How are margins applied?

You can configure margins as a percentage or a fixed amount, scoped by category, brand, or individual model. Min and max caps prevent supplier price spikes from breaking your customer-facing pricing.

Can I see how a final price was calculated?

Yes. Every appointment in your dashboard shows the full breakdown: supplier cost, margin applied, rounding rule, any psychological deduction, and the final price. Useful for audits and customer support.

Does it work alongside coupons and combo discounts?

Yes. Dynamic prices are the base price; coupons and combo discounts apply on top. v3.1.1 fixed an edge case where rounded prices interacted with percentage coupons. Coupons now respect your rounding rules.

What if a supplier sync fails?

Failed syncs are logged in the Error Logs tab with the full request/response details. The previous successful price stays live until the next successful sync, so your shop never falls back to €0 prices.
