Both plans include the exact same features. Yearly billing saves up to 17% compared to billing every 6 months, and locks your introductory price for a full year.

No. Every plan is a flat monthly subscription with unlimited bookings and unlimited devices from our 3,080+ model library. The only thing that changes between plans is feature access and the number of locations.

Each RepairPlugin licence is tied to a single domain. If you run multiple webshops or brands on separate domains, you need a separate licence per domain. Multi-location features inside one plan apply to physical shop locations under the same domain, they do not unlock extra domains.

Essentials and Growth both include basic multi-location support. The Scale plan is built for shops with multiple physical locations, it adds auto-nearest routing, per-location pricing, shop-manager roles and per-location reporting.

Your first billing cycle uses the introductory price. After that the plan renews at the standard list price shown on this page. We'll always email you before any price change so there are no surprises.

Yes, every plan, including the trial, comes with full chat support and our help centre. We guarantee a response within 48 hours, on every plan.

No setup fee, no hidden cost. The price you see is the price you pay (excluding VAT). Optional integrations like Google Maps or Stripe may have their own provider fees, but RepairPlugin itself is one flat subscription.

A WordPress site (6.0 or newer). WooCommerce is not required. RepairPlugin is a native plugin, so there is no separate hosting or proxy.

You receive an email with the download link and your licence code. Upload the plugin in WordPress, enter the code, and a basic setup with your repairs, prices, opening hours and email templates takes 30 to 60 minutes.

On your own WordPress site. RepairPlugin stores nothing about repairs, appointments or customers on our servers; we only check whether your licence is valid.

Yes. The live demo shows a working shop, and the sandbox lets you click through the admin yourself, without an account.

Yes. The booking flow goes on any page with a shortcode. Your theme, branding and content stay as they are.

Not from your own files. You import models from our library of 3,080+ devices and set your prices there; models that are not in it you add yourself.

Yes. Each period is paid upfront and renews automatically. Cancel in the customer portal before the renewal date; you keep access, updates and support until the paid period ends, and your data stays on your site.

No. All payments are final, because you receive the full plugin and database straight away. Test it first in the live demo or the sandbox.

iDEAL, credit card, PayPal and SEPA. You always receive an invoice. EU businesses that enter a valid VAT number pay without Dutch VAT; the VAT is reverse-charged.

Yes. You pay the difference, and the unused months of your current period count as prepaid credit. Earlier periods are not credited.

As many as you like. There is no limit on users in the plugin.

Yes, at any time. You move to a higher plan and pay the difference: everything you paid for your current Lifetime licence counts as prepaid credit against the new price.
