Convert Prospects With
Professional PDF Quotes
Let visitors request a personalized price quote as a PDF in their inbox, a low-commitment way to capture leads that might otherwise leave your site.
Capture leads without forcing a booking.
Visitors who aren't ready to commit can ask for a quote instead. With one click in the email, they convert to a confirmed appointment.
Low-barrier lead capture
When PDF Quotes is on, a 'Send Quote' option appears at step 4 of the booking flow. Lowers commitment for new customers comparing prices.
One-click quote-to-booking
Every quote email includes a 'Make an Appointment' button. Customers jump directly to picking a delivery method, date, and time, with their details pre-filled.
Granular form field control
Each address sub-field (Street, House Number, City, Zip, Country) can be set individually to Required, Optional, or Disabled. Phone and IMEI are also configurable.
Expiration dates and quote fees
Set how long a quote stays valid (1 to 365 days, default 14). Optional quote fee acts as advance payment, deducted from the final booking total.
Logo, sequential numbers, professional layout
Every PDF pulls in your company name, logo, contact details, and tax ID, paired with an automatically incrementing quote number. Customers receive a recognizable document from your brand instead of a plain text email.
Three steps. From visit to lead to booking.
Enable PDF Quotes
Go to Settings > Notifications & Quotes and scroll to the PDF Quotes section. Switch the feature on and set the expiration period.
Configure form fields
Set each address sub-field, telephone, and IMEI to Required, Optional, or Disabled. Optionally enable a quote fee with an advance payment amount.
Customize the quote email
Expand the PDF Quote notification, edit subject and body, use dynamic variables for personalization, add per-language translations.
Included on every plan.
This is a core feature, available from Essentials onwards with no upgrade needed.

Common questions.
Does the quote fee get deducted from the final booking price?
Yes. The quote fee acts as an advance payment. When the customer decides to book, the fee amount is deducted from the total.
Can customers book directly from the quote email?
Yes. Every quote email includes a 'Make an Appointment' button that takes the customer straight to choosing delivery method, date, and time, with their contact details already filled in.
Can I control which address fields appear on the quote form?
Yes. Each address sub-field (Street Name, House Number, City, Zip Code, Country) can be set individually to Required, Optional, or Disabled. Granular control over what you collect.
What happens when a quote expires?
The expiration date is printed on the PDF. After the configured number of days (default 14), the quote is considered expired. The 'Make an Appointment' button still works, but the quoted price validity has technically lapsed.
