583+ repair shops trust RepairPlugin
Repair shop software for independent stores
Run booking, customers, payments, and follow-ups from one WordPress plugin built for shops with one location and a small team.
Sound familiar?
- You answer the same questions on the phone all day instead of repairing devices.
- Customers call you for prices because your website doesn't show them.
- No-shows eat into your day because you can't take a deposit at booking.
- Your customer list lives in a spreadsheet, or in your head.
- You're paying for separate tools for booking, customers, payments, and notifications, and they don't talk to each other.
Everything your shop needs in one place
From the moment a customer lands on your website to the moment they leave a review, every step runs through one tool.
Online booking flow
Customers pick their device, repair, and time slot. You wake up to confirmed appointments.
Learn moreAppointments dashboard
Every booking, status, and customer in one view. No more flipping between tabs.
Learn moreCustomer database, automatic
Every booking adds a customer record. No spreadsheets, no manual entry, ever.
Learn moreAutomatic emails and reminders
Confirmations, reminders, and review requests go out without you lifting a finger.
Learn moreDeposits at checkout
Take a partial payment to confirm the appointment. Cut no-shows by half.
Learn moreBuilt-in analytics
See where customers drop off in your booking flow. No Google Analytics needed.
Learn moreTwo Tuesdays, side by side
Same shop, same five moments. One Tuesday without RepairPlugin, one Tuesday with.
Three voicemails to return and a WhatsApp from someone asking if you do MacBook screens.
Three bookings landed overnight. Device, repair, time slot, all confirmed before you arrived.
You hunt for the sticky note with their model, look up the price, and write it down again.
Their booking is already on screen. Device, repair, and price set. Intake takes two clicks.
Phone rings. "Is mine ready yet?" You stop the repair, dry your hands, and answer.
An automated status email already told them it's in progress. Your hands stay on the device.
You hope they leave a Google review. Most forget by the time they get home.
Pickup marks the repair done, and a review request emails out the next day automatically.
You tally today's revenue from receipts and try to remember which repairs took longest.
Today's revenue, conversion, and drop-off are already on the dashboard. Five-minute close-out.
Turn the TV in your shop into a self-service touchscreen
It's just your booking page on a bigger screen. Any TV that can open your domain in a browser turns into a self-service kiosk, customers tap through repairs, see prices, and book themselves in while you stay focused on the device in your hand. A touchscreen TV with a browser is all you need, optionally with a small mini-PC or even a Chromecast behind it.
- Engages customers while they waitThey tap through device, repair type, and price right there on the screen. No phone, no QR code, no waiting on you.
- Books the next visit on the spotWalk-ins you can't help today book themselves in for tomorrow before they leave the shop.
- Shows prices without you saying a wordTransparent pricing for every repair, in big readable type, every minute the lights are on.

“RepairPlugin works flawlessly and is very clear to use.”
MHMohamad HosseiniTeleshopper
“The plugin is designed in a very straightforward way for repair shop owners. The biggest win is definitely the convenience. I really enjoy using this plugin. I'm satisfied and have nothing to complain about. What I also really appreciate is that you offer the option to submit new feature suggestions, which makes customers feel involved in improving the plugin.”

“I would definitely recommend it to other shop owners. It's easy to use, especially with the Dynamic Pricing feature. Before, we had to update the prices every week, and now that's no longer necessary. Sometimes we forgot to adjust them, which caused inaccuracies, but now we save time and always have the correct prices on the website.”

“It gives the website a professional look and makes it much easier for customers to request a repair. It looks great, works smoothly and quickly, and with Dynamic Pricing, it takes so much work off our hands.”

Do I need to be technical to set up RepairPlugin?
No. The setup wizard guides you through every step in plain language. Most shops are live within an hour without writing a single line of code.
How long does setup take for a single shop?
Around 30 to 60 minutes for a basic setup including your repairs, prices, opening hours, and email templates. Most settings can be tweaked later as you go.
Does it work with my existing WordPress website?
Yes. RepairPlugin runs as a WordPress plugin and embeds into any page using a shortcode. Your existing theme, branding, and content stay intact.
Can I take payments directly during booking?
Yes. Connect Stripe, Mollie, or any WooCommerce-compatible gateway and choose between full payment, a deposit, or pay-on-arrival per service method.
What plan should I start with as a single shop?
The Essentials plan covers everything a one-location shop needs. Upgrade to Scale only when you add a second location or need advanced features like distance-based pricing.
Can I add a second location later if my business grows?
Yes. Adding a location takes a few minutes. With the Scale plan you also unlock per-location pricing, scoped staff access, and shared schedule groups.
What if I only want to use the booking feature and skip the rest?
Every feature can be toggled on or off independently. Start with just the booking flow and turn the rest on as you need it.
How do I import my existing customer list?
Migrate from another setup using the Import/Export tool, which handles a full RepairPlugin backup file (.rpdata). For raw customer CSVs, manual entry through the admin or a one-time data-mapping setup is the current path.
Is there a contract, or can I cancel anytime?
No long-term contract. Pay half-yearly or yearly and cancel any time before renewal.
What happens when I get stuck during setup?
Live chat support, an interactive product tour, and a help center with hundreds of articles cover every screen. Or book a free demo and we walk you through it.
