Who we are

We are RepairPlugin. Our website is www.repairplugin.com. RepairPlugin is operated by Dutchmen BV, a company registered in the Netherlands.

We don't provide a phone number, but feel free to start a live chat on our website or email us anytime. We typically respond within one working day.

What data we collect and why

We collect information from you when you sign up for RepairPlugin, purchase a subscription, or contact our support team. The information we typically collect includes your name, email address, billing address, payment method, and IP address.

We use this information to:

• Send you order receipts, invoices, and account information
• Notify you about important changes to your account or service
• Respond to your questions, refund requests, or support tickets
• Process payments and prevent fraudulent transactions
• Set up your account, deliver support, and verify your identity

We do not store any payment information or credit card details on our servers. All payments are processed securely by Mollie, our PCI-DSS compliant payment provider.

We use your IP address to determine the local currency shown on the site. When an order is placed, an account is automatically created for you with a randomly generated password. If you choose to leave a review, the name, photo, and review text you submit may be displayed publicly. Your email address is never shown.

Cookies

We use a small number of cookies to make RepairPlugin work properly and to improve your experience.

Set when you sign in. They last two days, or two weeks if you select "Remember Me".

Remember your dashboard preferences for one year.

Currency & country

Refresh once per day so prices show in your local currency.

Set for one day after you dismiss it, so it doesn't reappear.

Track items in your cart while you complete checkout.

Embedded content from other websites

Articles or pages on this site may include embedded content (videos, images, articles). Embedded content from other websites behaves exactly as if you visited the other website directly. These websites may collect data about you, use cookies, embed additional third-party tracking, and monitor your interaction with that embedded content.

Analytics

We use Google Analytics to collect anonymous statistics about visitors to our website. The data collected includes browser, operating system, approximate location, pages visited, and the value of any transactions. Google Analytics sets up to three cookies, with expiration periods ranging from the duration of your session to two years.

Data sharing

When you sign up for our newsletter or buy a subscription, your name and email address are stored in MailerLite so we can send you product updates and transactional emails. If you start a checkout but don't complete it, we may send abandoned-cart recovery emails using your name, email, and billing address.

We never sell your personal data, and we only share it with service providers strictly necessary to operate RepairPlugin (payments, hosting, email delivery, support tooling).

Retained indefinitely for tax and accounting purposes, as required by Dutch law.

Active customers

Data is retained for the duration of our relationship, then archived and deleted after the relationship ends.

Your rights over your data

If you have an account or have ever contacted us, you can request an export file of the personal data we hold about you, including any data you have provided to us. You can also request that we erase any personal data we hold about you. This does not include data we are required to keep for administrative, legal, or security reasons.
