Scheduling that prevents
overbooking.
Control exactly when customers can book, with auto-generated time slots, booking limits per slot, and minimum lead times that keep your shop running smoothly.
Calendar control without spreadsheets.
Generate slots from your opening hours, cap concurrent bookings, and hide late or fully-booked options automatically.
Auto-generated booking slots
For in-store bookings, the system divides your opening hours into equal slots. Choose 10, 20, 30, 45, or 60 minutes. A store open 09:00 to 17:00 with 30-minute slots gives customers 16 available times.
Flexible timeslot windows
For pickup and on-site repair, define custom time windows like '09:00 to 12:00' for morning and '13:00 to 17:00' for afternoon. Select which days of the week each service is available.
Booking limits per slot
Cap the number of concurrent bookings per timeslot, from 1 to 5 or unlimited. When the cap is reached, the timeslot disappears from available options. Set it to 1-2 for on-site repair since a technician can only be at one place at a time.
Minimum lead time
Prevent last-minute bookings by setting a minimum lead time from 30 minutes to 48 hours. Timeslots within this window are automatically hidden, giving you time to prepare.
Three steps to a clean booking calendar.
Configure once, then watch slots appear, fill, and disappear automatically based on your rules.
Set your opening hours
Configure your store's opening hours under Settings > Opening Hours. These hours generate the available booking slots for in-store appointments.
Configure timeslots per method
Expand each service method in Settings > Checkout & Discount. For in-store, pick the slot length. For pickup and on-site, add time windows and select available days.
Customers pick a time
Customers see a calendar with available dates and selectable time slots. Fully booked slots and times within the lead window are automatically hidden.

Common questions.
Why don't I see any available timeslots for Pickup Service or Repair on Your Location?
You need to configure two things: add at least one timeslot (a start and end time) and select at least one day of the week. If either is missing, customers won't see any available times.
Can I set different booking slot lengths for different store locations?
No. The booking slot length is a global setting for the 'Come By Our Store' method. However, each location can have its own opening hours, so the number of available slots will differ per location.
What is the default lead time?
The default minimum lead time is 1 hour (60 minutes). You can adjust it from 0.5 hour to 48 hours.
