Who can export customer data?

Only users with full access or location head permissions can use the Export CSV button.

Does the export include all customers or just filtered results?

The Export CSV button downloads all customer records in the database.

What fields are included in the CSV?

The export includes first name, last name, phone, email, address fields (house number, street, city, postal code, country), customer type, business name, and associated order data.

Can I schedule automatic exports?

No. The CSV export is a manual action triggered by clicking the Export CSV button. For automated data flows, consider using the Webhooks feature to send customer data to external systems in real time.
