Bookings straight to
your calendar.
Every new repair booking automatically appears in your Google Calendar, so your team's schedule stays in sync without any manual work.
One booking, two places. Automatically.
RepairPlugin keeps your appointments dashboard and Google Calendar in lockstep, so your team never sees a stale schedule.
Automatic event creation
Every new appointment shows up in your Google Calendar the moment it's booked. No copying, no pasting, no switching between tabs, the event is created automatically with the booking details.
Keep your team in sync
Staff who use Google Calendar see repair appointments alongside their other events. Use a shared or dedicated 'Repairs' calendar to keep everyone informed about the day's schedule.
Mobile reminders
Google Calendar sends reminders to your phone, so you never miss an appointment. No separate notification system needed, your existing Google Calendar alerts handle it.
Choose your calendar
Pick any calendar in your Google account from a dropdown, including shared calendars and dedicated repair calendars. The dropdown lists all calendars available to your connected Google account.

Common questions.
What happens to existing appointments when I turn on syncing?
Only new appointments booked after you enable syncing appear in Google Calendar. Existing appointments aren't synced retroactively.
Can I use a shared Google Calendar?
Yes. As long as the Google account you connect has access to the calendar, you can select it from the dropdown. Shared calendars are a great way to keep your whole team informed.
Do I need to submit my app for Google verification?
For personal or internal use, set the OAuth consent screen to Testing and add your email to Test Users. Production status requires Google verification.
How do I disconnect the integration?
Click the X icon next to the Connected Account email. This clears the stored connection. You can re-authorize at any time.
