Enhanced Locations

If you run more than one shop, you already know the problem: every location has its own rent, its own labor cost, and its own customer mix. Charging the same flat price across a downtown store and a suburban one leaves money on the table at one and chases customers away from the other.

Version 3.1 of RepairPlugin Pro fixes that. Three new Enhanced Locations features, all on the Scale plan, all built around the same idea: each location should be its own little business inside your wider operation.

Radius with distance-based pricing

You can now define a radius around a location and apply distance-based pricing on top of your usual rules. Closer customers see one price, customers further out see another. Useful for pickup-and-return services, for delivery surcharges, or simply for protecting margin in areas where the cost-to-serve is higher.

It uses the same address autocomplete that runs on checkout, so the calculation happens automatically. Customers don't see "delivery zone B" jargon. They just see a fair price for where they are.

Independent pricing, margins, and durations per location

Until 3.1, locations shared the same price list. From this release on, every location can manage:

  • Its own pricing per repair
  • Its own Dynamic Pricing margin rules
  • Its own repair duration estimates

So your downtown shop with two technicians and a 4-hour SLA can charge accordingly, while your express kiosk in the mall keeps its own faster turnaround and matching price.

Copy pricing and settings across locations

Setting all of this up location-by-location would be brutal. So we added a copy tool. Configure one location the way you want it, then push pricing, margins, and settings to any other location with one action. Spin up location number five in minutes, not afternoons.

What else is in 3.1

The release also brings:

  • Dynamic Coupon: Auto Apply so qualifying customers don't have to remember a code (coupons)
  • Dynamic Coupon: Apply only to matching repair items for surgical promotions
  • Download PDF quote directly after confirmation, no more waiting on email (PDF Quotes)
  • Model sorting based on launch date, ascending or descending
  • Improved analytics performance via summary caching

Plus the Dynamic Pricing database now covers 115,000 items across all connected suppliers.

Full details are on the changelog. If you're on the Scale plan, the Enhanced Location features are live for you today. If you're not, talk to us about whether the upgrade makes sense.
