Help customers arrive
fully prepared.
Show a preparation checklist on the Thank You page right after booking, so customers know exactly what to do before their repair appointment.
Fewer no-shows and faster intakes.
When customers prep their device in advance, your bench tech spends less time on logistics and more time on actual repairs.
Enable with a single switch
Turn the entire checklist on or off with one switch under Settings, Front-End Steps. When enabled, it appears at the bottom of the Thank You page right after a customer submits their booking, when they are most engaged.
Add as many items as you need
Create checklist items like 'Back up your device data,' 'Remove your SIM card and memory card,' or 'Disable Find My iPhone.' The recommended sweet spot is 4 to 7 items, short and actionable.
Multilingual support built in
Each checklist item has a globe icon for translations. Enter the translated text for each configured language, and customers see the checklist in their own language automatically.
Shown at the perfect moment
The checklist appears on the default RepairPlugin Thank You page right after booking, no separate page or email needed. Customers see it immediately when they are most likely to take action.
Three quick steps.
Enable the checklist, add your items, and they show up on every confirmation page from that moment on.
Enable the checklist
Go to Settings, Front-End Steps, scroll to the Pre-Appointment Checklist section, and switch Enable This Checklist on Thank You page on.

Customers see it after booking
After submitting their appointment, customers are shown the Thank You page with their booking confirmation and your preparation checklist below it.

Common questions.
Does the checklist show on custom Thank You pages?
No. The checklist only appears on the default RepairPlugin Thank You page. If you redirect customers to a custom WordPress page, the checklist is not shown.
Can I add different checklists for different repair types?
No. There is one checklist for all bookings. Keep your items general enough to apply to most repairs.
How many items should I add?
The recommended sweet spot is 4 to 7 items. Typical items include 'Back up your device data,' 'Remove your SIM card and memory card,' 'Disable Find My iPhone / Find My Device,' and 'Bring your charger or power cable.'
Can I reorder the checklist items?
Yes. Each item has sort buttons (up/down arrows) to move it higher or lower. The admin order matches what customers see on the Thank You page.
