Why repair shops choose it

Two levels. Zero fiddly toggles.

No per-feature checkbox matrix. Either someone runs the whole plugin with you, or they only see the location they work at.

Full access or Shop Manager

Full access lets a team member work across the entire plugin and every location, just like you. Shop Manager pins a user to a single location, so they only see and manage appointments, schedules, and data for their own shop. No third tier, no per-action checkboxes to configure.

Dedicated RepairPlugin role

RepairPlugin registers a custom WordPress role called "RepairPlugin" during installation. Assign this role to users who should only access the plugin dashboard, with no other WordPress admin capabilities.

Multi-select user management

Add multiple users at once with a searchable multi-select dropdown. Each added user gets Full access by default; switch them to Shop Manager and assign a location whenever needed. Remove access with one click, with a confirmation popup as a safety net.

FAQ

Common questions.

What's the difference between Full access and Shop Manager?

Full access users can work across the whole plugin and see every location. Shop Managers are pinned to a single location and only see schedules, appointments, and data for that one shop.

Can I configure permissions per feature or per action?

No. RepairPlugin keeps permissions intentionally simple: Full access or Shop Manager. There are no per-feature toggles, per-menu checkboxes, or custom role builders to maintain.

Who can see the Permissions page?

Only WordPress administrators can see and access the Permissions menu item in the settings sidebar.

What happens if I switch a Shop Manager to Full access?

Their location assignment is removed automatically. They go from seeing only their shop to seeing every location across the plugin.
