Accept payments,
your way.
Let customers pay online or in-store by enabling Stripe, PayPal, Mollie, iDEAL in3, or Pay after repair, so every transaction fits your workflow.
Every gateway your customers expect.
Five gateways built in, sandbox-tested before going live, restricted per service method, and reorderable with custom labels.
Every major payment provider built in
Choose from Stripe, PayPal, Mollie, iDEAL in3, or Pay after repair. Each gateway has its own configuration panel with API key fields, sandbox mode, and custom labels, no extra plugins required.
Restrict payments by service type
Each payment method has a Service Methods checkbox list. You can disable Pay after repair for shipped repairs so those are always paid online, while keeping it available for walk-in customers.
Test before you go live
Every online gateway supports Sandbox and Live mode. Enter your test API keys, run a full booking and payment flow, then switch to live credentials when you're ready for real transactions.
Custom labels and display order
Rename any payment method and reorder them with up/down arrows. Customers see the methods in the order you set, with the labels you choose, including translations via the globe icon.
Make pricier repairs easier to say yes to with iDEAL in3
iDEAL in3 splits the repair total into three equal payments at 0% interest. The customer pays the first third at checkout, the second after 30 days, and the third after 60 days. The cart shows the per-installment amount, which softens the sticker shock on higher-ticket repairs in a market where consumer prices have climbed sharply. Available for customers paying in the Netherlands only.
Three steps from sandbox to live.
Switch on the master toggle, plug in your API keys per gateway, and verify with a sandbox booking before going live.
Turn on the master switch
Switch Accept Payments when creating an appointment to ON. This is the global toggle, without it, no payment options appear during checkout.
Enable and configure a gateway
Turn on the payment method you want (e.g., Stripe), expand it with the + icon, paste your API keys, choose Sandbox or Live mode, and select the service methods it applies to.
Save and test
Click Save, then run a test booking in Sandbox mode to verify the payment flow. Once everything works, switch to Live mode and enter your live API keys.
Included on every plan.
All five payment methods are part of the core checkout experience and are available from Essentials onwards.

Common questions.
Do I need API keys for "Pay after repair"?
No. Pay after repair is an offline payment method, no API keys or payment gateway setup is needed. Customers simply select it at checkout to indicate they will pay later.
Can I use different payment methods for different service types?
Yes. Each payment method has a Service Methods checkbox list. Uncheck any service method where you don't want that payment option to appear.
How does iDEAL in3 work, and where is it available?
iDEAL in3 is a Dutch payment method, available only for customers paying in the Netherlands. The repair total is split into three equal payments at 0% interest. The first payment is taken at checkout, the second after 30 days, and the third after 60 days. The cart displays the per-installment amount instead of just the full price, so customers see exactly what each instalment will cost.
Does iDEAL in3 support surcharges?
No. Charging extra fees is not allowed for iDEAL in3, so the surcharge and discount fields are hidden for this payment method.
Can I show the iDEAL in3 badge on the repairs page?
Yes. There are two toggle options: one to display the badge inside individual repair boxes, and another to display it below the repair list total, promoting the installment payment option to your customers.
