A self-service portal
your customers love.
Drop the [Repair_Portal] shortcode on any page and give customers a logged-in hub to track repairs, rebook in seconds with pre-filled details, and get their automatic loyalty discount, built for recurring business clients.
Turn repeat customers into a relationship.
Customers follow their repairs, rebook faster, and see their loyalty discount applied on their own, while you keep everything inside your own WordPress site.
Customers track their own repairs
Each logged-in customer sees their past repairs, open appointments, and the live status of every repair, so they stop emailing you to ask 'is it ready yet?'.
Rebooking in seconds
When a customer is logged in, their name, email, phone, and address are pre-filled at checkout. They click straight through a new booking instead of re-typing everything, and can still edit any field.
Reward business customers automatically
Assign a coupon to a customer and it applies on its own when they book, ideal for fixed price agreements with recurring B2B clients. A single assigned coupon auto-applies; they can still enter a different code.
Built on standard WordPress
Customers register and sign in through standard WordPress login. There's no separate account system to maintain, and new registrations automatically get the Customer role that unlocks the portal.
Every record in one place
If a customer has more than one record with the same email, the portal shows all of them together as a single history. The customer just sees everything in one tidy overview.
Four steps to a live portal.
Place the shortcode, point the booking button at your booking page, let customers sign up, and assign loyalty coupons where you want them.
Place the shortcode
In WordPress admin go to RepairPlugin > Shortcodes, copy the [Repair_Portal] shortcode from the Portal Shortcode section, and paste it onto any page you like.
Point the booking button
In the same Portal Shortcode section, choose where the portal's New booking button sends customers: Find It Automatically detects your [Repair_All] booking page, or Use My Custom Link to set the URL yourself.
Customers sign up
Customers register and log in through standard WordPress. New registrations automatically receive the Customer role, which unlocks the portal, your WordPress default role setting is never changed.
Assign loyalty coupons
Edit a coupon under Settings > Promotions, search the Assigned Customers field, and add one or more customers. Their coupon then applies automatically when they book through the portal.
Available on Growth and Scale.
The Customer Portal is a license-gated addon, included on the Growth and Scale plans.

Common questions.
Do my customers need a WordPress account?
Yes. The portal uses standard WordPress login and registration, so there's no separate sign-up form to manage. When a customer registers, they automatically receive the Customer role that unlocks the portal.
Is the Customer Portal only for business customers?
No, any customer can use it. It's positioned mainly for B2B because assigning loyalty coupons to recurring business clients is where it shines, but private customers can track repairs and rebook the same way.
How does the automatic loyalty discount work?
Assign a coupon to a customer from the coupon settings. When that customer is logged into the portal and books, the coupon is available, and if they have exactly one assigned coupon it applies automatically. They can override it by entering a different code.
Where does the booking actually happen?
Booking happens on your existing booking page (the page with the [Repair_All] shortcode), not inside the portal. The portal's New booking button sends customers there with their details already pre-filled.
What if a customer has multiple records with the same email?
The portal shows all of those records together as a single history, so the customer sees everything in one place. You can clean up duplicate records separately in your customer database.
Which plans include the Customer Portal?
The Customer Portal is available on the Growth and Scale plans. It's a license-gated addon, the same way Dynamic Pricing and the Repairs Workflow are.
