Visitors book right from the chat
The chat puts together the device, the repair, and any extras, then shows an order summary with a Finalize Booking button. One click opens your booking flow with everything already selected. Visitors can also request a quote.
Answers come from your shop
The chat looks up your categories, models, repairs, prices, and repair durations in RepairPlugin instead of guessing. Change a price in your admin and the chat uses the new price.
You decide how it talks
Describe your shop under Business Information and write the Communication Style in plain language: friendly and casual, or short and professional. An example text is included to get you started.
Knows when and where you're open
The chat answers with your weekly schedule and upcoming special dates. With several locations it helps visitors find the nearest one, by address or by sharing their current location.
Four steps to a live chat.
Connect your AI provider, tell the chat about your shop, place the widget, and translate the chat texts.
Connect your AI provider
Go to RepairPlugin > Settings > AI Booking Agent. Choose an AI Provider, paste your API key from that provider, and pick an AI Model.
Tell it about your shop
Fill in Business Information and Communication Style under Personalization Settings. Both fields come with an example you can adapt.
Place the widget
Add the [Repair_Booking_Agent] shortcode to your site, turn on Enable Chat Widget, and choose Bottom Right or Bottom Left. An optional tooltip draws attention to the chat.
Translate the chat texts
The heading, welcome message, and button labels of the chat are in the Chat Widget section of your translations, so you can set them per language.

Do I need my own AI account?
Yes. You choose an AI provider in the settings and paste an API key from your own account with that provider. Your provider bills you for the AI usage.
Where do the answers come from?
From your own RepairPlugin data: categories, models, repairs, prices, repair durations, opening hours, and locations, plus the business information you write yourself.
Does the booking happen inside the chat?
The chat collects the device, the repair, and any extras, and shows an order summary. The Finalize Booking button then opens your regular booking flow with everything selected, where the customer picks a time and confirms.
Can I switch the chat off for a while?
Yes. The Enable Chat Widget switch turns the chat on or off without removing the shortcode from your pages.
Does it work with multiple locations?
Yes. The chat can list your locations and help a visitor find the nearest one. If your prices differ per location, it uses the prices of the chosen location.
Which plans include the AI Booking Agent?
It is available on every plan from RepairPlugin 3.4.
