Prices, Tax, and Dates
Your Way
Show prices, times, and tax in the format your customers expect. Choose from 15 date formats, configure tax visibility, and set your currency, all from one settings page.
Localize prices, dates, and tax to your region.
Customers shouldn't have to translate dates or guess if VAT is included. RepairPlugin gives you full control with sensible defaults.
Dates that match your region
Pick from 15 date format options including d-m-Y, Y-m-d, d/m/Y, m-d-Y, d F Y, and more. Applied to emails, PDFs, and the booking calendar. Month names auto-translate.
Full control over tax visibility
Choose to show or hide tax amounts on the booking form and quotes. Set whether prices default to inclusive or exclusive, and let customers toggle between views.
Familiar number formatting
Use a comma (19,95) or point (19.95) as your decimal separator so prices look natural to your customers. Match the standard in your country to avoid confusion.
12-hour or 24-hour time
Display timeslots and opening hours in 24-hour format (15:00) or 12-hour format (3:00 PM). Applies to the booking form, opening hours display, and emails.
Three steps. Localized in minutes.
Set your regional preferences
Go to Settings > Localization. Select country, currency, currency symbol position, decimal separator, timezone, time format, and date format. Always pick a city-based timezone for daylight saving.
Configure tax rules
Scroll to Tax Rules and enter your VAT percentage. All prices in RepairPlugin are inclusive of tax. The rate is used to calculate the tax breakdown on invoices and quotes.
Control tax display on the frontend
Switch on 'Enable Display of Tax Amounts on Front-End' to show tax breakdowns on the booking form. Set whether prices default to inclusive or exclusive.
Included on every plan.
This is a core feature, available from Essentials onwards with no upgrade needed.

Common questions.
Are prices shown with or without tax?
By default, all prices in RepairPlugin are inclusive of tax. If you turn on 'Enable Display of Tax Amounts on Front-End', customers can see the tax breakdown and toggle between inclusive and exclusive views.
What happens if I pick a UTC offset instead of a city-based timezone?
UTC offsets don't adjust for daylight saving time. During summer, your timeslots could be off by an hour. RepairPlugin shows a warning if you select a UTC offset to remind you to pick a city-based timezone instead.
How many date formats are available?
There are 15 date format options including d-m-Y, Y-m-d, d/m/Y, m-d-Y, d.m.Y, d F Y, F d Y, and more. Month names in full or abbreviated formats auto-translate when you have multiple languages configured.
Where does the date format apply?
The date format applies to email notifications, PDF quotes, and booking calendar date labels throughout the plugin.
