The right offer, at the right step.
Promotional banners appear on the repair selection page, exactly when customers are picking what to fix. Target by device, schedule the run, control the order.
Target specific devices
Show a banner only for certain brands or models, for example a screen protector deal just for iPhone 16 customers. Use the brand and model checkbox tree to select exactly which devices see each banner.
Schedule campaigns automatically
Set start and end dates so banners activate and expire automatically. No need to remember to turn promotions on or off, the system handles it for you.
Control display priority
Drag banners into your preferred priority order. The first active banner matching the customer's selected model is shown on the repair selection page.
Run multiple campaigns
Manage several banners at once, each with its own image, model targeting, and schedule. Enable or disable individual banners with a toggle switch.
Three steps from upload to live.
Upload an image, set the targeting and schedule, and the banner appears the moment a matching customer lands on the repair selection page.
Create a banner
Go to Settings > Promotions > Banners and click Add New Banner. Enter a label, upload your promotional image, and optionally set expiration dates and model targeting.
Target and schedule
Enable Show on specific models to restrict the banner to selected devices. Enable Expiration to set start and end dates for the campaign.
Banner appears at the right moment
When a customer selects a device that matches the banner's targeting, the promotional image appears on the repair selection page, right when they are choosing repairs.

Common questions.
Can I show multiple banners at the same time?
You can have multiple active banners. The system shows banners based on their priority order and whether they match the customer's selected device model.
What image size should I use for banners?
Use a wide, landscape-oriented image. A 4:1 or 3:1 aspect ratio (e.g., 1200 x 300 pixels) typically works well. Test with your live site to find the best fit.
Do banners affect page load speed?
Banner images are loaded only when a matching banner is active and the customer's selected model qualifies. Optimize your images before uploading to keep page load times fast.
What happens if I do not set an expiration date?
The banner stays active indefinitely until you manually disable or delete it.
