Why repair shops choose it

One template. Six conditional flavours.

Online vs. offline in one template

Wrap content in [online_payment]...[/online_payment] or [pay_after_repair]...[/pay_after_repair] tags to show different instructions depending on whether the customer paid online or chose to pay later at pickup.

Gateway-specific messaging

Use individual tags for [stripe_payment], [paypal_payment], [mollie_payment], and [ideal_in3_payment] to display content only when a specific payment provider was used. This lets you include provider-specific instructions or receipts in your confirmation emails.

FAQ

Common questions.

What happens if a customer uses Stripe, does both the [stripe_payment] and [online_payment] content show?

Yes. The [online_payment] tag matches all online payment methods (Stripe, PayPal, Mollie, iDEAL in3), while [stripe_payment] matches only Stripe. Both sections appear when applicable.

Can I combine payment tags with other conditional sections?

Yes. Payment-specific tags work alongside [admin_only] and [multiple_repair_items_only] tags, as well as dynamic variables like $CustomerName$ and $OrderSummary$.

Do I need to add these tags to every notification type?

No. Only add them to the notification templates where you want payment-specific messaging. Templates without these tags continue to work normally and show the same content regardless of payment method.

Are payment-specific tags available in the email subject line?

Dynamic variables like $PaymentMethod$ and $PaymentStatus$ work in subject lines. The conditional content tags ([online_payment], [pay_after_repair], etc.) are designed for use in the email message body.
