Standard repairs included
Each downloaded model comes with standard repairs like screen replacement and battery replacement, including suggested prices and durations. Customize prices to match your business, then you are ready to take bookings.
Safe re-downloads
Downloading again later adds new models without overwriting your customized prices. New devices are regularly added to the cloud database, so you can stay up to date without losing your work.

Having a complete device catalog means customers are more likely to find their exact device. The database is lightweight and importing all models will not noticeably slow down your website or consume significant disk space.

Pick what to import, run the download, customize the suggested prices for your shop.
Select categories
Go to RepairPlugin > Download and check the device categories you want to import, Smartphones, Tablets, Laptops, Game Consoles, and Smartwatches. Selecting all categories is recommended.
Download libraries
Click "Download Libraries" and wait for the import to complete. For all categories, this typically takes 1-5 minutes depending on your server speed.
Review and customize prices
Go to Models & Repairs to adjust pricing and durations for each repair. The downloaded models come with suggested prices, customize them for your business.

Will downloading overwrite my custom prices?
No. When you download again later, RepairPlugin adds new models but does not overwrite prices you have already customized.
How often are new models added to the cloud database?
New models are added regularly. Check the Download page periodically to pick up newly released devices.
Can I add my own repair types that are not in the database?
Yes. Go to RepairPlugin > Default Repairs and click "Add New Repair" to create custom repair types with your own name, price, and duration.
What if the download gets stuck?
Check your security plugin, firewalls from Wordfence, Sucuri, or iThemes Security may block the connection. Whitelist *.repairplugin.com, check server timeout settings, or try downloading fewer categories at a time.
Should I download every model?
Yes. The database is lightweight and will not slow down your website. Having more devices means more potential bookings.
