Set repair prices,
your way.
Manage pricing at two levels. Set default prices per category that apply to every model, then fine-tune individual models when specific devices need different rates.
Two levels. One catalog. Zero copy-paste.
Set defaults once for an entire device category, then override individual models when you need to. Manual entries stay protected when defaults change.
Bulk pricing with default repairs
Create a master repair list for an entire device category like all smartphones, with baseline prices, durations, and descriptions. Every model in that category automatically inherits these values, saving hours of repetitive data entry.
Fine-tune individual models
Override default prices for specific devices that need different pricing. For example, charge more for a premium model's screen repair. Manually set prices are protected and won't be overwritten when you update defaults.
Sub-repairs for quality levels
Add sub-repairs like Original, OEM, or Refurbished under a single repair. Each sub-repair has its own name and price, so customers can pick the option that fits their budget.
Repair categories for clean display
Group repairs under collapsible headers like Screen Repairs or Battery Repairs. Control which groups are expanded by default and use the Show all divider to keep the initial view tidy.
Set defaults. Override where needed. Done.
From a fresh install to live prices on your booking widget in minutes, with no spreadsheets and no copy-paste.
Set defaults per category
Go to RepairPlugin > Default Repairs, select a device category, and set the repair name, price, duration, and description. These values apply to every model in that category.
Override per model
Go to RepairPlugin > Models & Repairs, find the model, click Repairs, and adjust prices for specific repairs. Press TAB to quickly jump between price fields.
Customers see final prices
On the booking form, customers see the model-specific price if one is set, or the default category price otherwise. A price of 0 shows Price on Request.

Common questions.
Do changes to default repairs overwrite prices I have already set on individual models?
No. If you have manually entered a repair price on a specific model via Models & Repairs, those values are protected. Default repair changes only affect models that are still using the default values.
What is the fastest way to update a repair price for all models at once?
Change the price in the Default Repairs list. Every model in that category that has not been manually overridden will pick up the new price immediately.
Does a new model automatically get all the repairs from my default list?
Yes. When you add a new model, it inherits the complete default repair list from its category. You can then override individual prices or turn specific repairs on or off.
What happens if I set a repair price to 0?
RepairPlugin shows Price on Request instead of $0.00 on the frontend. If you want to offer a repair for free, check the Free box for that repair on the Models & Repairs page.
