Add as many brands as you need
Create brands under each device category: Apple, Samsung, Google, Huawei, OnePlus, and any other manufacturer you service. Each brand is nested under its parent category for a clean, logical structure.
Professional brand logos
Upload a brand image or logo for each brand. The recommended maximum size is 150px. Brand images appear alongside the brand name on the booking form, giving customers a professional visual selection experience.
Enable or disable per brand
Each brand has its own active/inactive switch. Disabling a brand hides it and all its models from the booking form without deleting data. Perfect for seasonal or temporary catalog changes.
Control the display order
Drag and drop brands to arrange them in the order you want. Put your most popular brands first so customers find them at a glance. The front-end booking form always respects your admin ordering.

Add a brand
Click "New Brand", select the parent category, enter the brand name, and upload a logo. Click "Add Brand" to save.
Organize and reorder
Use drag and drop or sort arrows to arrange brands in the preferred order. Toggle brands on or off as needed, and click "Save Order" to apply.
Customers see brands in the booking flow
After selecting a device category, customers see the brands you have configured, in your chosen order, with logos, and pick the one that matches their device.

Can I offer the same brand under multiple categories?
Brands belong to a single parent category. To offer the same brand under multiple categories (for example, Apple under Smartphones and Tablets), create a separate brand entry under each category.
What image size should I use for brand logos?
The recommended maximum size is 150px. Larger images are scaled down but may affect page load speed.
Will downloading models from the cloud database create brands automatically?
Yes. When you use the Download Libraries feature, categories, brands, models, and default repairs are all created automatically.
What happens if I delete a brand?
Deleting a brand permanently removes all of its models, repairs, and related data. This cannot be undone. Disable the brand instead if you want to keep the data.
