Per-method control
Set auto-approval independently for each delivery method. Auto-approve Ship Device orders while manually reviewing Repair on Location bookings, each method gets its own toggle under Settings, Checkout & Discount.
Instant confirmation for customers
When auto-approval is enabled, new bookings skip the Pending state and go directly to Approved. Customers receive an approval confirmation email instead of a 'pending review' message, reducing wait time and support questions.
Full manual control when you need it
When auto-approval is off, bookings arrive as Pending. You can review details, verify availability, and then change the status to Approved, Quoted, or any other status. Each status change can trigger an automatic email notification.
Change status anytime
Even auto-approved bookings can have their status changed later. Expand the appointment, click Update Status, and select a new status from the dropdown. The system handles notifications automatically based on your settings.

Configure per delivery method
Go to Settings, Checkout & Discount, expand a service method (e.g., Come By Our Store), and toggle Automatically Approve Bookings on or off.
Booking arrives
When a customer completes their booking, the appointment is either set to Pending (manual) or Approved (auto) depending on the delivery method they chose.
Customer gets notified
The customer receives the appropriate email, either a 'pending review' message or an approval confirmation, based on the approval mode for their chosen delivery method.

Can I auto-approve for one delivery method and manually approve for another?
Yes. Each delivery method has its own Automatically Approve Bookings toggle. You can mix auto and manual approval across your four service methods.
What status do auto-approved bookings get?
They go directly to Approved, skipping Pending entirely. The customer receives an approval confirmation instead of a pending review message.
Can I change an auto-approved booking back to Pending?
Yes. You can manually change any appointment's status at any time from the Appointments page, regardless of how it was initially approved.
Does auto-approval send a different email to the customer?
Yes. With auto-approval on, the customer receives the approval confirmation email. With auto-approval off, they receive a 'pending review' email. Both are configurable under Settings, Notifications & Quotes.
